American Idol Finalé: The Battle of the Davids

The Nokia Theatre was ready. The fans were ready. It was the first time since Studdard versus Aiken that two male performers graced the finalé with equal opportunity to bag the title. It was like a boxing fight, bigger than Oscar Dela Hoya, Manny Pacquiao and Mike Tyson combined. It was the battle of the year--David versus David, Cook versus Archuleta--to be given this year's American Idol title.
